n584745147_2245629_4968Hey there. I’m Jon Mossie! I was born December 21, 1982 (I would put  my current age but there’s no way in hell that I will remember to update it after I turn another year older so I would be 26 forever according to this site – see, I just dated myself right there…).  I have lived in Lee’s Summit, MO my whole life. I am 6ft tall, Brown hair, BLUE eyes (that’s right they are blue) and have a rocking body. Well it’s not rocking, but atleast I’m not as fat as I used to be. Don’t worry, I’m going to make a page about my before and after RESULTS. But anyway. Here’s more about me that will help you understand me a little bit more.

Family:

I am the youngest of 3 dudes. My two older bros are Matt and Nick.

Matt is 2 years older than me. 008He does lots of odd jobs for the most part, but recently I helped get him a job with me at Best Buy as a car installer. He did pretty well at that, but then needing more money and stable hours, took a job at Comcast. He is currently married to his lady, Kat. She has a little boy named Kaleb. I call Matt, Shiz. And he is now Papa Shiz. Hahaha that is the worst picture ever of my brother, but I can’t find another picture right now. So.. Sorry Shiz…

Nick is 4 years older than me. He was previously married, but then divorced. He is a 4 year college graduate from 085Rockhurst University and is pretty good with them computer thangs. However, he threw all that away to work for a gas company as a certified gas pumper. Just kidding! He does work for a gas company, but he is their computer guy and makes pretty good money doing it. He currently has a gf, Shannon,  that he LOVES. If you would like to know more about him you can visit his website.

My parents are Rose and Tom. They divorced when I was a Freshman in High School. Much like I’m sure any divorce goes, it wasn’t great. Being the youngest, as I wasn’t old enough to be considered an adult, it was rather difficult. I was the in between guy that got to put up with both sides of craziness that I really don’t care to share on my blog site. But my dudes and dudettes that are close to me know the story. Anyway, all that passed and my mom and dad are better people from it all. I have great relationships with both of them, however I don’t see them as much as I should or want to. But you know how that story goes when everyone grows up and moves outta home.

Edumication:

I started at a preschool that I have no idea what the name was of it. I have attended private schools the majority of my life. I was raised Catholic, so I went to a Catholic grade school called Our Lady of Presentation. Grade school times were good for the most part. For some reason, I got in trouble all the time when I was in 6-8th grade. I wasn’t even that bad of a kid, but I guess I just talked a lot in class. I have always been a horrible student, but I’m no dummy. I am a complete procrastinator and put everything off until the very last second. Schoolwork is and always has been the lowest priority on what I feel needs to get done. My grades in grade school weren’t that great, and that carried on through high school.

I went to Rockhurst High School, which is located in Kansas City, MO. When I left Presentation, all of my friends were going to Ohara High School for the most part. For some reason, I decided that I wanted to go where my brothers went and goto Rockhurst. I don’t really know why I made that decision to be honest with you. I don’t regret it, but I don’t know why I felt like I should just start all over at Rockhurst. Anyway, when I went to Rockhurst, I maintained a pretty low profile. I didn’t ever really hang out with anyone from school or really do any of the social gatherings. I did, however, become the football team “manager” for the freshman and sophomore teams. That consisted of basically being a water boy. But hey, I got my numerals for a letter jacket I never bought for it! My senior year, I was also getting into film making and headed up a film and video club which had me and 1 other person in it. My grades in high school were nothing great. A’s, B’s and C’s. Mostly C’s. Again, I just never really cared enough to try.

So then I graduated, and I decided not to go to a 4 year university, but instead take classes at the local Community College while I worked. Community College was really easy, and I’m sure I can thank my private school upbringing for that. I got really good grades in college, but still having it on the very bottom of my to do list, it took me 4 years to get a 2 year Associates Degree. I went on to try to finish college at Avila, and then later DeVry, but by this time I had lost all complete interest in school that I gave up and pretty much owe my dad millions for paying for school that I stopped going to.

More to come:

There’s obviously way more to my life, and more pictures as well. But that’s what I got for now.
